when close with Spirit the intent to love dissolves in receptivity to love with no conscious intention to love
one becomes like a boat being carried downstream by the current of waters the boat cannot say, "I am taking myself downstream" the boat needs no intent or effort the boat is carried along the stream by the stream
when this happens to us we can call it "benevolent indifference" we neither choose nor do not choose ~ we can call it "living in the Spirit" "being led by the Spirit" "Christ being born in us" "Buddha Nature"
love becomes love loving without an end or a goal
often, this will happen like visiting a heaven and it dawning on one afterward
for love to happen, to be in this heaven, one knows it in-spirit before knowing it in-thought or in-feeling
one is always inside the door, in the House of Love, before the mind recognizes this grace is always shining before the recognition of the radiance

you are chosen for this love loving before you decide to choose it ~ you are chosen by it
the words, "I love you" appear after the appearance, while the words, like mind, always trailing behind
all arising directly in-spirit is, see, spontaneous, immediate, timeless like you cannot decide when the Sun 'rises' and 'sets'
strictly speaking, you cannot love anyone, anything ~ you are part of the whole ~ a spark from the Fire
you arise with the whole and love arises, and you with love
* * *
love is chosen ~ not by you ~ you become its chosen
when you live close to Spirit you will find yourself feeling the manifestation of this freely flowing bliss ~ not merely as an emotion, rather as a subtle sense flowing for persons you have never seen face-to-face
you may sense the 'afterglow' of meeting someone by this love manifesting more after departure ~ it remains, warming 'inside' like a quiet, subtle fire
a reason for this can be for likeness-meets-likeness that is, there is a permeability of Presence alike in you each, so Life freely shares with Life
still, the reason or reasons will never be known fully and the mystery is best left mystery ~ simply receive, be grateful
so, love unchosen, being chosen by love you feel the relief of not trying to love anyone, anything trusting the appearing, you live open to share when it does
you discover this grace arising more frequently for the prior effort was a hindrance to being the conduit of the flow
the more you are drawn out of self as body-mind, ego, person the more this being-chosen happens
* * *
what to do with this? there are no rules applying here in advance nothing to do or not to do prescribed you may respond by silently being present with it, not acting outwardly or you may act outwardly to express it
love does not have to be expressed in an observable way ~ trust the power of unobserved love
the outflow of this brilliance may be the beginning of a lifetime romance or friendship or only a single meeting filled with the Light yet, even in one moment Eternity shines and witnesses to its Presence
this Effulgence reminds us the profoundest meaning in life is love, and the way of love is surrendering to the Ineffable Beauty of Life
you are that Beauty we are that Beauty before loving, we are loved and love
